aero in vista?

I've been setting up a couple of new laptops in work, all have vista home premium installed. Were the heck is this new aero thingie?

I've looked in the display settings, control panel etc

You're already using it - it's just their nickname for the new UI;

Windows Flip/Flip 3D
Translucent windows
etc...
etc...

aha excellent work, that's really nice. I just had it in my mind it was a separate program of some sort. Cheers for that, i feel now i'm getting to know vista
