Aero Snap Windows 10 and multiple monitors

Does anyone know of a way of disabling aero snap on the right side so I can drag windows from one screen to the next without them snapping?

like windows 7 used to do seamlessly.

Shift + winkey and the cursor keys.

Though I have to say mine don't try to snap when dragging from one monitor to another.
