hi guys which way round does this go as there is no arrow and neither seems to blow much air it has a molex and a 3 pin do i use both connectors ?

Use the three pin connector.

Also air flow will be pushing away if the Aerocool label is facing you I think.

Could always plug it in to your mainboard without screwing it to your case, unplug your HDD so it doesnt boot so you can feel, its what I do when I am unsure.

The fancy sticker/logo is the intake side and on exhaust side like all fans should be a manu sicker with specs etc on it.
