AF140 rings

Just got my AF140's in the post.
How on earth do I change the rings?
I've been trying to figure this out for like 10min and nothing I do makes the ring budge.......is there some technique to getting these off because apparently according to reviews its really easy.....

Pinch just the ring and it should just pop out.

I had the exact same problem when I first got them. I think after you do it once, it might get easier.

I just grabbed a flat head screwdriver and lifted the "clicky" points while slightly squeezing the ring. When all of the points have been raised, I pushed the screwdriver in again and used my fingers to pull it off.

"Pinching" does nothing, ive put more force than I wanted too on this thing and it doesn't move. If a squeeze it anymore it will brake...
How did you lift the clicky points (which are inside each of the corners).

Nope, mine is not coming out at all.
I can make it click when trying to squeeze it but it doesn't move...

EDIT: AHHAAAA I DID IT (after a lot of force and my fingers are hurting...)
