Affinity Photo and AMD Graphics Cards

A work of note to Affinity photo users who use "hardware acceleration" when developing photos and who are thinking of updating their graphics cards. Photoshop / Lightroom do not have this issue.

Affinity photo does not provide "hardware acceleration" via OpenCL on "current AMD graphics cards". Works OK with Nvidia. Neither the makers of Affinity Photo or AMD seem in a hurry to resolve this software issue. I am mightily xxxxed-off as bought an RX6600 a while ago when prices dropped to replace an ageing AMD card (which did work!!!!).

It might be known, but it has been for over a year with no response from Serif apart from "we have told AMD". "Should" seems "sometime, never...."
