Hey folks, I used to have a few of these old fridge-like cases in the old days from retiring clients old servers etc but I stupidly gave them away/binned them!. The type of case that I am after is cube-like, not unlike the U2-UFO cases, Yeong Yang cube etc. My home server needs a couple more drives and I already have 11 drives in there, no more room at the inn to put it mildly.
I was considering a stacker etc but to fork out £160 or so for the case and the 4-in-3 modules etc when it sits in the cupboard under the stairs is absolute madness and an expense I really cannot afford just now. The most important thing is that it can fit at least 2x6 drive arrays in it and an OS drive. Anyone got any old beast server cases etc knocking around or links to somewhere that might sell old cases/cheap cases like this? I am not alien to powertools to put it mildly so cases in need of some modification are not a problem either.
