After a New Printer

I am after a decent printer that also prints onto CD'd. Don't want to spend a great amount and the inks must be reasonably cheap. What are your suggestions please?

Canon Pixma iP4500

Or something from Epson, like the Stylus Photo R265/360....

But the Canon is the best when it comes to CD/DVD printing.

What about ink costs for the Canon?

Also, Is there one available that has a scanner on it too?
