So I'm looking for a new racer to get, either PS3 or 360.

I have Forza 2 already, just after another flavour of racer. Not interested in Motorstorm/burnout etc.

After opinions on whether I should get GT5:P or PGR4? Played the demo of GRID and I don't think I would be able to get to like the handling of that game.

I know GT5:P and PGR4 are different styles of racer as well, I do not want a 'well one is a sim other is arcade debate' etc I just want peoples findings on each game and what each game will offer me for collection of cars and entertainment value and re-play value.

:)

Or the hidden option; Ferrari Challenge.

IMO it's a better racer than the two you mentioned. Similar to gran turismo in the sense that it's a sort of middle ground between simulation and arcade.

If i had to choose between the two you've listed i'd go for PGR. I prefer the handling style of Gran Turismo but it's just too repetitive, lacks modes and tracks. It's essentially a massive demo, massive enough for me to put in over 20 hours, but a demo none the less.

Get all of them, you will pick them all up on ebay for less than £10 each.

I got Ferrari Challenge for £10 BIN and GT5:P for about £7, had PGR4 from the release.

Ferrari Challenge is a million times better than GT5:P its not even funny, GT5:P looks amazing, its ok as a racer but lacking quite a lot IMO that I hope goes in to the final game.
