you run all the stability tests again, even if your using the same settings in the BIOS, to make sure the new BIOS hasn't caused instability? My common sense tells me yes, but I've just finished testing my system(over 3 days!)to make sure my new RAM is stable and I've found out I should try using the latest BIOS from Asrock to address 1T issues.

I don't fancy running all the tests again to be honest

if you want to give it a quick run of occt/s&m/memtest just to make sure it has no obvious problems.

i don't normally bother tho.
