apart from allowing you to adjust setting whilst in game the primary use for me would be to allow me to monitor temperatures during games/benchmarks when you can't just alt-tab out

Already possible with Afterburner OSD. Displays more info (in game) than you can shake a stick at!

i honestly can't see a point to overclocking your card from your phone... handy for monitoring, but who doesn't use a g-15 (or derivative)/OSD to monitor?
