AG271QG - Bleed Advice

Hey guys,

I just bought the AG271QG which is my first IPS panel. What do you make of the screen? acceptable or return?

It's difficult to take a photo of how I see it but you should see the glow at least.

whats it like when playing a game or whatching a film,i think thats the acid test if it's noticable then well send it back ....i got a 5yr old dell ips and it has bad glow in 1 corner but i never notice it once windows boots up but yours does look worse!

you cant really tell from the photos but it looks okay to me I've seen far worse. You always get the bottom right near the light the test is using it on a daily basis can you see it so it bothers you ?

When watching a movie or play a game that's a little dark, my eyes go straight to it.

yeh send it back then if you notice in average dasily use!

I could not live with that personally so i would send it back and try another one and hopefully it wont be as bad.

Update.

I took it back but sadly they didn't have any others to replace it with. I was tempted to get a refund but instead, I opted for the Dell S2716DG and got refunded for the difference. It's brilliant. No bleed, no missing pixels and it's the latest revision. Very happy.

Moving from a 1080p cheap 60Hz screen to this is ridiculous. I do need to calibrate it though. Any tips? places I could go?

Nice one i have the dell myself and it is indeed a fantastic monitor.
