Age of Conan - 7 Day Trial?

I've just bought Age of Conan, however I'm going on holiday in 4 days so I don't want to start the 30 day membership that comes with it just yet. However I noticed that the game comes with a free 7 day trial key Do you think I'd be able to use the trial key to get a feel for the game and then once I get back from my jollies I could then start my full account?

One possible way I could do it (if it wont let me do it the way I want) would be to use the trial key in my girlfriend's name and then just start the full game in my name, but with this strategy I wont be able to continue on with the character I made in my trial and will need to start afresh.

What do you think? Has anyone else tried this? If it really doesn't work, would anyone be interested in swapping trial codes with me?

Unfortunately you need to activate your key to even get an option for the trial (i dont even know if you can get them yet either)

I'm surprised there's no 7 day trial or something, to try and capture some of the wow subscribers.

I'm sure there will be, plus everyone who has the game will get a buddy code or two when they release them. (which FYI that have not done yet)

I'm hoping they don't release the trial for some time - I'm sorely tempted to try it out and I don't really want to get MMO-itis again :/

I wouldnt mind a 7 day trial once i get my new computer up and running, see how it compares to WoW.
