Just picked this up in the steam sale & am getting frustrated with the 200 population cap.
I have searched all over & am seeing a lot of contradicting info about how to remove this restriction. The files people have uploaded dont seem to make a difference & a lot of reports suggest after one of the patch's you could no longer remove it. Is there anyone here who has successfully removed the population cap on the steam version?
