£30 is a fair price, if you want one, take it.
If you want to play Mirror's Edge it's good value. They often fetch more than that second hand.
Performance is about as good as as running a 9600GT as a dedicated physX card. Apparrently it's a bit of a pain to get running though, as nVIDIA are only doing update drivers rather than a complete package.
