My loop has undergone various re-inventions over the last 3 years, and each time ive re-used a few XSPC swivel fittings from my very first loop because they just do the job, but i sometimes wonder if this is just setting myself up to fail. These things cant last forever right?

Should i continue to run with them, or look at replacing them in the near future? Does anyone else start to replace stuff like this periodically?

The rotary fittings I have had fail were leaking on day 1. All the rest have been working fine for years despite all the stress they endure. When fittings fail it's normally a slow process, so you could wrap them in kitchen roll and check if it's damp every week or so but I wouldn't bother.

The only fittings I have had fail leaked straight away. They were from Alphacool so I have avoided them since. If the fittings feel "tight" then they should still be ok.
