AGP 1950pr 256 or 512

I am about to order one of these but can not make up my mind which.

I only have a screen res of 1024x900 so I am not sure that I would need the 512. But that doesnt mean I wont upgrade that in the future.

I have read the forums about these but still dont know what is best for me.

My system is

AMD 64 3400+
Corsiar XMS4400pts 1g (Another in the post)
Asus K8VSE

I wont be able to afford to upgrade again for a while.

Advise?

Don't bother with the 512MB X1950Pro at that res, get a 256MB X1950XT if you have that sort of budget.

Edit: Just noticed you're using a K8V-SE, so it's AGP. Get the 256MB X1950Pro.
