agp 9800pro = what on pcie - advice please ?

ok , basically want to try and find some info on pcie compared to older AGP, have a pcie build soon on socket 939,

have used previoulsy 6800le,6600gt,9800pro,

system will basically only run "champ man" , at moment its on a herc 9800pro and ok, so whats the equivalent for PCIe
