I have recently upgraded from agp to pcie and now everytime i try and load the windows xp that was running on my agp system it loads but then my display monitor says no display after it verifies date pool entry.ive now installed a new win xp on the same drive (dual boot config)and when i select that OS it loads fine but its a new format installation so none of my stuff is there,anyone had this?

Sorry because i have no internet access on my pc im having to use my mobile phone internet so if anyone has any ideas to get this working again. I can put my old neo 2back in if needed but ideally would like to get this working with the pci e route, its all setup up in the bios as init display first pciex but as soon as it goes to load that win xp installation i get a black screen and no signal on monitor resulting in mom orange light standby mode. If i select my new installation i get signal all the way to the new xp desktop. Any help greatly appreciated and i think the board is an an8 fatality with 5 12 u guru bay thing.

Go into safe mode and get DriverCleaner, then boot back into XP and download the new drivers.

You need to boot into safe mode and change the motherboard drivers, but really, you should be using the fresh install as the old install will have stability issuse on the new motherboard as the hardware is all different !
