AGV S-4 SV lid what are they like?

Hi, I have tried on a few helmets recently and the AGV S-4 seems to fit well. I know they are Sharp 5 star rated but what are they like quality wise any good? The other lid that fitted well was a Shoei Qwest, which is a lot more money seeing as the AGVs are on offer but are they worth the extra money in quality?

Also is it worth buying my helmet now before my training/tests as I assume I can't use my own helmet due to the comms gear etc...
