so here's the thing.
in nov 2007 i bought a bfg 8800 gt from a competitor.
i am now 100% convinced the card is faulty after , lets just say less than flawless performance over the months.
since the documentation that came with the card, and the bfg website being rather .. cryptic regarding their phone number (theyre in wales, correct)i decided to phone the competitor first and see how the land lies.
the guy assured me that i have to send the card back to them and a replacement could take between 1 and 2 months, worst case scenario.
needless to say, im rather miffed, as the only reason i bought the damn thing was because people were saying how excellent and fast the rma service was from bfg.
can anyone shed any light on the whole mess ???
