What if any of the 3080 AIB Manufacturers allow the transfer of their warranty to a different owner.
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.
Exactly my reason for wanting to know this.Very interested in this also, would certainly add to resale value.
isnt EVGA in germany? but i heard they have stopped doing the transferable warranty now though, cant remember where i heard it though.
EVGA are (or have already) downscaled their UK operations, so any RMA requests would require international shipping etc, as such even if they did offer transferable warranty I suspect OP would want to steer clear and find a UK based supplier.
EVGA are regarded as the best for RMA, no matter the location.
From OCUK, I'd argue Asus are better. As OCUK handle RMA for Asus.

I was trying to highlight that EVGA's UK support is seeing a marked changed with closing of their UK RMA centres, nothing against EVGA per se, in fact my current card is an EVGA.
The point is that there was a recent change in EVGA's UK operations on the issue of care (RMA etc), for some, including myself, faffing about sending expensive hardware overseas introduces an additional potential fail point, I just wanted highlight that. But why would he/she want to steer clear of they offer exactly what he's looking for ?
There was a big thing about this stopping and ocuk not telling us so people still bought the ASUS stuff but never got the better warranty. From OCUK, I'd argue Asus are better. As OCUK handle RMA for Asus.
