Aida64 problem

Hey lads, one of my friends just told me when he is running aida64 its saying CPU throttling even before he has ran any tests?. He says his temps are fine but he doesn't know if that's something to worry about. He is using a 5820k. Any ideas lads?

Omg ignore me, just realised it always says cpu throttling in green haha.

That's not throttling at all, look at the bottom graph.

Isn't that just a key/legend to tell you what the two different colour mean?
