AIO, Air Bubbles Normal?

I bought an H100i PRO XT and on the quiet pump mode I get insane amounts of noise from air bubbles. Contacted Corsair and was told this isn't normal and so bought another one and the exact same issue.

Is this normal with AIOs? my system is completely silent minus the AIO so I'm wondering if people just don't hear the air bubbles in their system?

The first H100i has been running for about 2 weeks. MOved it about in hopes of getting air out but no use, it sounds exactly the same as the new AIO that came today.

What is strange is that it only happens when the block is perpendicular to the ground. If I lay the computer on the side, the sound goes away. Has nothing to do with radiator orientation either...

Some air is normal, it depends where the highest point in the loop is and if air can be easily pumped into the rad.

Id pull it out and manipulate it by hand starting with the block held high and slowly turned until the rad is up top. When you install it, make sure the air stays in the rad (you'll have to imagine it).

Where is radiator in relation to pump? Are radiator in/out ports well above the level of pump?

Maybe try moving / turning case keeping pump lower than radiator so any air trapped in pump or lines move up away from pump and into radiator.

Radiator is well above so air should have gone to the top by now.

I've removed both AIOs and moved them as much as possible but no luck. They both sound identical. Think I'll just have to accept the pump noise in higher RPM modes.
