AIO cooler pre applied compound

So I've recently bought a cirsair AIO and note it has some pre applied compound and just wondering what most people do. Do they just use it or take it off and use something else like proper thermal paste ?

Just use the pre-applied paste,unless you have high end paste lying about its not worth the extra cost and hassle to change it.

Used the pre applied on my Corsair AIO, then when I changed my rig around I used some thermal grizzly. Didnt notice much difference, if any, in temps.
