Hello, just installed a new CPU AMD Ryzen 9 5900x using a GAMMAXX L360 V2 360mm ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler from DeepCool

CPU usage 1%
CPU Core Temp 67-70c

Fans running at 80-90%

Case has 6 fans also
GPU MSI GTX 1070

i was playing ark survival but even when idle is at 58c?

any ideas if the AIO is failing?

This is going to sound stupid, as i'm not really well versed in AIO's and water cooling, a quick look says the pump has a 3 pin plug, is that connected to a dedicated pump header on the motherboard or one of the fan headers?
If so is it possible the bios is set to not ramp it up until it hits a certain temperature? (some motherboards can vary the connected fan speed depending on temp, i'm not sure if they'd do the same for a dedicated pump header)

I'll move this over to the water cooling section because it might get a better response in there.

@Werewolf depends on motherboard
but yes on mine dedicated pump headers run 100% speed
plugging it to any other header allows me to control it

was the AIO fine on the previous cpu?
and its actually pretty hard to get these multicore cpus
to be totally idle to get a true idle reading sometimes
does your motherboard have software to show pump speed?
or look in the bios
and if you sit in the bios for a few minutes
that will give an indication if the AIO is working
if temps keep rising its not
depending on ambient temperature but
in the bios should sit around anywhere from 30c to 45c as rough guide
something like cinebench r23 is a reasonable test for cpu temps under load
as not sure if youre saying 67-70c while playing ark survival or not
since cpu usage wouldnt be 1% then
