Hi,

I currently have a NZXT Kraken X that came with my OCUK build.

But this was from 2018 and while other parts have been replaced or upgraded, the AIO has not.

Now it's working fine according to the NZXT CAM software and in general usage etc.

I don't use any overclocking.

So how much longer would you expect it to last?

There's no set answer, there's people out there still running Corsair 120MM AIO from 2010 - 2012.

One of those things where you just have to monitor your temps and pump rpm if you think it's starting to fail.

How long is a piece of string will be the accurate answer.

Fan bearings could really go at any point, although should be reasonably trivial to replace. The internal pump could also fail - either instantly or over time, so you'll never know when to expect it. The seals could potentially also leak - assuming they've not been subject to extreme environmental conditions then I'd hope the seals being a non-mechanical part would outlive the fan bearings and the pump.

Think mine's hinting that it's done now.

It was never silent but the pump has recently started making significant noise, I guess the bearings have worn and it's waggling as it spins. Temps are still fine. Fans long gone.
