Aio or air cooler

Can’t decide on which I want either aio or air cooler. Only ever had air coolers so was leaning towards aio for a change but don’t want a noisy rig.
My cpu is a ryzen 5600 currently with wraith cooler. Case is a montech air x3 mesh in white

with one rear exhaust fan 120mm 2x 120mm in top of case and 3x 140mm in front pulling air in.

Air cooler I was looking at was

Not too sure on aio while writing this post I have just realised I can only go 240mm for fans in top of case

What would you recommend?

Got one rig with a 360mm and 3x noctua fans and one with a be quiet! Pure Rock 2 + silent wings 4 highspeed cooler.

Honestly there's so little difference in the noise when idle you don't even know they're on, the pump and hard drives are louder.... ramped up the air cooler is quieter.

No point wasting money on a display inside your pc imo, it will also take some of your cpu to run the software, it's the same reason why I don't run rgb.

Peerless assassin is an enormous upgrade on the stock wraith, more than sufficient.

240mm AIO isn't worth it except for aesthetics.

Ive been looking at that same air cooler, and currently using a noctua ndh15. Which i absolutely love!!!,
but my new build it will overhang the pcie slot. Leading to a need to move/vertical
mount the gpu.
Which i kinda want to avoid if possible. I also like the idea of having a temperature readout without having to constantly have a window open to see it.
I also hate pump noise with a passion and find air cooling a lot less hassle and more reliable. I think it easier to fix when it does decide it needs fixing.
wondering just how much cpu and ram that screen/temperature readout actually takes up? Also how loud are the stock fans?
Im guessing putting noctuas on there on the tr digital cooler is probably a no go unless there's a set of known fan clips which work on that combination?
I will probably end up just sticking with the noctua and going vertical but I'd love to avoid that if i can. wish noctua did a slightly smaller version of the
ndh15 like an ndh12 or whatever name they would use but alas no such luck.

i ordered the pa120 digital last night so im guessing when ocuk reopen after new year il have this in case i have issues with the vertical gpu and noctua combo good to have a back up plan and all that

its got big boots to fill I'm using the ndh15 atm lol and i can see this not being as nice but if it means i get around the potential
issues with riser cables and vertical mount but saying that im moving over to a 7800x3d which from what i gather isnt as bad to
cool as a lot of cpus like my current 5900x. not that my 5900x is that hard to cool the ndh15 doesnt struggle at all im idling in the
low 30s even on a hot day but yes hopefully have some not scientific comparison thoughts to share

Would love to see you testing NH-D15 and PA120 on same CPU, but that's a lot more work I don't expect you to do.
You being familiar with D15 means you know capabilities of good cooler, so what you think of how PA120 mount, fans, cooling and noise will be interesting.

Running 3600 on B459M Mortar Max and have thought of upgrading CPU. I don't game. Have considered upgrading to something like 5900 / 5900x.

im going to be changing out from the 5900x to a 7800x3d at the same time but im guessing given a few months time i could probably arrange a comparison under similar/same conditions between the two on the same board and cpu actually that could happen at some point yes
