AIO or Air Cooling with new 3080 RTX?

I am trying to work out a new build and the big issue I have is with the cooling with the CPU and also how the heat from from the 3080 will effect it. I know a founders edition version will not work well with air tower cooler. But would it be the same with a 3rd party card?
The case I am looking at is the Lian Li 2 Mesh and I was looking at the be quiet dark pro 4 for air cooling on a 3700X but now I am unsure if I am heading down the wrong direction.
So any help or advice would be great.

Thank you for the reply. One more question as I don’t know if I am going over kill with it or just over thinking it.
The Lian Li Lancool 2 Mesh has two slots above the PSU shroud you can fit 2x120mm fans and I was thinking of putting some fans there to help out the GPU. So if I went air cooler I was also going to put 2x120mm at the top as well or would that be over kill or adversely effect it with the be quiet dark pro 4 or that too much of an over kill.
I don’t intend to overclock 3700X but do have long gaming sessions so want it to all be nice and cool in there. I once made the mistake the buying the Asus Vento case because it looked cool but air flow was bad and had to spend the summers with the side panel off. So I just want to make sure on the build.
