AIO Pump Sound

Hey all I've got a brand new NZXT X63 AIO kit and I've noticed a strange noise coming from it so I got in touch with NZXT customer service and they've advised I try unseat, shake and reseat the pump to see if it could be an airlock of some kind - Has anyone had success with this before and can you just take it off and reuse the same paste applied from before?

How long you had it? I just built a system about a week ago using the same cooler and mine was making funny noises for like a day or two. All seems fine now, no more strange noises.

About 4 weeks now. Weird still hasnt gone away. Any idea if i can reuse the thermal paste if i just reseat it?

You could do, at least to test if it fixes it. If not your returning it anyway. If it does fix it, then make a decision on whether to repaste based on temps.

Alternatively could you turn you case upside down and run it?
