aio pwm bios

advice on a little issue

my water cooled set up is running the pump via the aio header
but the fans are rgb and controlled by a small pcb
there is no speed or anyway of controlling the fan speed only the colouring of the fans
how do I get round this?
is there such a product that has rgb lighting but is controlled by the bios under pwm fan headers ?
