AIO question

This is the 1st time I have added a display to AIO the msi meg coreliquid 360 - it may be because never looked at temps on cpu on my previous AIOS but temp jumps around a lot. Ive just added thermal grizzly extreme ( 12.4 conductivity ) but am I just freaking out for no reason

not doing anything on pc atm other than downloading, 33c jumps about 25- 50c

13th 13900k. Was just running doom eternal on ultra nightmare and the temp actually went down and stayed 30-50c

Are they not just reading temps off the IHS? Never thought these LCD screened AIO would be accurate.
