I have an arctic cooling liquid freezer ii and i haver the rad fitting in the front of my case. i keep hearing air bubble every now and then. i have the inlet/outlet to the top ive been told this is wrong and if i flip it i would get the air sound.
is this right?

Yes, you're hearing it as air gets trapped at the top where your inlet / outlet is. If you've got room to put tubes to the bottom, it'll resolve air getting trapped or mount the rad in the top of your case.
