AIO reversable fans

I want to get an AIO which will be mounted in the front of my case, however, I don't want the air to be exhausted out the front of my case due to my desk setup. Is it as simple as flipping the fans over and screwing to the radiator so they will draw air into the case and exhausted out the back?
