AIO

Like air coolers, some are quiet, others not so much.

Sometimes it's just fans (easily replaced for something quieter), others the pump can be quite loud. Look for reviews

Ahh okies, i have in mine a 212 evo and was torn between the be quiet dark rock 4 tower cooler or the nzxt kracken. The quieter the better

Just depends on the AOI, i have the NXZT x61 and its nice and quiet. Can be a hit or miss though depending on the pump itself.

I just want the quietest cooler possible, this 212 has become quite noisy under load. anything but the noctua, god dam they could not make them any uglyer

I've got two AIO's in my case, one is on the GPU and the other is on the CPU (NZXT) neither emit pump noise. Loudest thing I can hear is the low rumble of my case fans. My case is also down right of me in the desk. That also makes a difference where your case is !

yeh my case is to my bottom right on a small wooden block to raise it up from the carpet to increase air flow and reduce heat. still unsure which cooler to go for. Recently fitted the case out with be quiet fans to see if that reduces the noise, when it didnt i came to the conclusion it was the EVO making the noise under load :(

Well i took the plunge, ordered a dark rock pro 4 then i had to get a new processor so i ordered a ryzen 5 2600 aswell while i was there

I have the Kraken it's very quiet, however I had to install two additional fans for Push/Pull config as the cooling performance before I did this wasn't great.
