AION installer help!

I recently was lucky to get a trial for aion but i cant get the damn thing installed!! I only have till the 10th to play it.

When i click the installer this window appears

then it says "Ncsoft launcher is configuring your new software installtion" " Then the installation bar just stays at around 2% (3mm bar) even after leaving it an hour

Also not sure if this is a problem but on the taskbar icon of the installer theres this weird little symbol..

please please PLEASE help

p.s i have tryed deleateing all files (including temp) and trying to reinstall but still no luck

p.s i have also tryed installing the ncsoft launcher seperate..but the same damn thing happends

Hmm...I already had guildwars on my PC, so I just used the NCSoft launcher to install Aion too. Their site is still knackered, but this looks like a valid download for it, might be better to try that. Means downloading the whole thing again mind you

ty anyway!! i did actully try that..its so strange..i just tryed re running the installer that i downloaded last night..and it worked.. so

away i go
