Get one with adjustable speed
And start at lowest setting
Slowly speed it up if needed
And dont really spin the fans with it
Either disconnect the fans first
Or use something to stop them spinning while

Covers everything, particularly the point about fans.
A photography rocket blower is good too. Enough pressure to clean a radiator, but not enough to cause any damage. I follow up with an anti-static model cleaning brush for anything sensitive.
I've got the same one. It's bloody powerful! I don't have an air compressor at home any more, but this is more than adequate for the job. It is very loud though.
There are plenty of very good battery powered options too, but I prefer the mains powered one in this case, as it's one less thing to worry about charging as it only gets occasional use.
Got one, but since getting a Wolfbox the Compuclean has just been gathering dust... which only happened because the PC got too heavy to carry to the big compressor!
