Has anyone ever seen this whilst filling their loop:
temporary-8-1.jpg

It looks like froth caused by a lot of tiny air bubbles, been shaking case etc. for last 30 minutes....

I got most of the 'froth' to go last night.

Left it off overnight and it appears to have cleared, I'll find out later when I switch it all back on again.

I think my mistake was that I had already drained the loop (to sort my nb to cpu kink) and when I filled it again this time the pump was on max at the beginning (should have checked ) which is what caused all the bubbles. The loop is 600 (5x120) and uses about 1l of fluid.

I wont have a chance to look at it again until Saturday/Sunday now so hopefully it should have settled by then. If not I'll give the fairy liquid trick a go :)

Thanks for your help :)

Sorry I should have been more specific. My loop is 800ml and I use about 3 drips of fairy liquid. Although I am sure it would not make too much difference, slightly more or less. It works really well though. It draws the smaller bubbles together to make bigger ones that can be flushed around the system easily ending up in the res as intended.

Well I left it to settle for 2 days and the 'froth' had disappeared from the res. Fired it up again this morning and the 'froth' is back :/

Added a couple of drops of fairy but it doesn't appeared to have improved.

Do I need to think about draining the loop and flushing it or will it just dissipate over time?
