I want one of those too. Canned air is stupidly expensive considering a can is pretty much emptied in one or two sessions. Cheapest I've found the DataVac is £69.99 on a UK site. Cheaper elsewhere but then adding the shipping from the USA, it works out similar I think. Did you find it cheaper anywhere?

I use a karcher jetwash. Obviously i dont connect it to the water supply!

I use the blower part of a a 1000watt wickes wet n dry hover and I always hold the fans still before I blow them.

Get a £10-£25 electric airbed pump they work very well especially when you use the thin nozzle.
"High Performance Electric Pump" is the one I use not up to speed on them so maybe there's one that pushes more air for less or same money.

thats what i use ,and it does work pritty good ,paid around £20 for it

Excellent guys, seems the best solution is a cheap airbed pump

Ordered one now, might update with some pics if I can be bothered

shut your eyes, blow hard into the case, take a step back breathe again and open eyes.... repeat until case is clean... if you have a missus do it outside...

job done, no resources or money used...

Mine came with 3 nozzle sizes, small, medium and large and I usually strip down my PC when cleaning it anyway just to get to the awkward bits

I strip mine down every 6months as my case is a FT01 filters are very good + the positive air pressure helps keep dirt out and l give everything a brush over with a 2" brush as this helps to losen the dust off.

I leave everything in, as its safer cos theres no risk of static, and plus your not touching anything in the pc. I just stop my fans from spinning when I blow my case out.

Some great tools there.. I love the leaf blower haha

However, I swear by my trusty collection of very soft paint brushes.. You can get in all the nooks and crannies etc.

My mate spent ages cleaning his pc out with paintbrushes, but a hell of a lot of dust still came out of it the next day, when I used my blower on it, and the best thing is that it only took me 2 - 3mins todo :cool:

paint brushes (you can get anti static ones specifically for cleaning electronic parts), are very handy for getting the stuck stuff, as well as a pair of thin nosed tweezers.
But a blower/sucker will get to all the nooks and crannies
