Air conditioner recommendation

I live in a flat facing a courtyard which has a glass roof creating a greenhouse effect. Opening the windows does nothing because there is no airflow because they all face the greenhouse courtyard.

I would like to get some sort of air conditioner which will make the flat cooler.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Its a small flat so don't think we need an industry sized one.

Was hoping to just poke the exhausts out a window.

B&Q are doing a couple that looked decent. I think for the medium sized one it was £280. I was almost considering one myself then realised I'd use it for maybe another couple of weeks max and then it would sit there for the rest of the year collecting dust.

Yea, the cost really is pointless as it will only be on for another month maximum. I would just invest in a nice big fan.

Best deals on air con is in the winter months. Air con company owners must have stonkers on with the influx of sales in this weather.
