air cooler and setting for an 13900kf

It's even cheaper as it's just under £36 at the moment, the Phantom Spirit Evo is only £44. The Thermalright Frozen Notte 240mm AIO is only just over £44 and two of their other 240mm AIO's are just under that price. The Thermalright AQUA ELITE 360 V3 AIO is less than £50 and a couple of others are around that price as well. White versions are cheaper, sometimes as much as £10 cheaper. All are very good and have been getting excellent reviews.

and setting for an 13900kf to run good under said air cooler
I'd suggest you power limit it (PL1/PL2) to under 200 watts. If you're only gaming then 125-150 would also work.

The Intel profiles with the patched microcode should set it to 253, or less, but I don't think that would be very pleasant to run on an air cooler.

As @mickyflinn listed a few AIO prices we have decided to grab a liquid freezer iii 360

But the system will be set up for gaming. I would like to keep a little leg room in the pl1 and 2 but the board will be a B760 so would like to drop that to a safe limit

so after an asus seting run. Pcore 8 hit 91c all others are at 85/88c. i got the same CB score, the cpu did boost to 5.3 for the first 2 runs but then throttled down the rest of the time.

I don't understand what's happening here. System should boost as long as temps are below 100c, so why does it boost to 5.3 a cople of runs then start throttling? My thinking is unless something is set to throttle at lower temp, than it should keep on pushing higher loads until it hits 100c. I know some have PROCHOT. If yours does and it's set at 15, I think CPU will start throttling at 85c (15c offset from100c).

Seems this throttling issue is a known problem with i9-13900. At least a quick google got lots of hits about it.
