Air Cooler for extra cold air...?

I was looking around the other day and saw this...

Anyone know how cold the air is about coming from it? You put ice in the tank or cold water right? That gets the air cool, not sure how it works but im wondering how 'cool' it can push out air...

You would be better off posting a picture of that thing, as I think Argos is still clssed as a competiter

Wouldnt of thought so, but oh well...
