What is the best air cpu cooler?

i have tried looking at reviews and im torn between

Zalman CNPS9700-LED
Thermaltake Big Typhoon 4 in 1 Heatpipe
Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler
OCZ Tempest
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro

im going to use it to overclock an e6300 with
asus p5b deluxe wifi

my mate said he would give me his old Zalman CNPS7700-CU Ultra-Quiet CPU Cooler as he is moving to water cooling will this be suficient?

If you plan to overclock then you might want one of these when more info from
users come in.
