Need some help guys cooling an 8200stock

U see I am using water for almost 7 years now and as a result Iam way back whento comes intoaircooling a cpu..especially an Intel

Ok to the point... the pc I am building is for my brother in law which means that stock is most likely the only volts itwill ever see, however it will stay powered up 24/7 (download freek)

So.. what do I get him..?

Shall I go for the traditional faced down heatsink-fan?

Are the vertical heatsink better? and again fan pushing or pullin gair?

From what I looked around in the market I was consiering these 3 options:

1.Scythe Cooler Samurai Z Rev.B (22Euros)

2.Scythe Cooler Mugen (37Euros)

3.Noctua NH-U12P (59Euros)

Hope I am not causing any probsmentioning the prices but i wanted add this to the equation as cost is an importantfactor in this build.

So what do you all think..?
Can u suggest something else for the job?

If it's only going to run stock then I don't see whats wrong with the stock cooler.

One of my machines, an E2180 @ 3.2GHZ runs 24/7 F@H with the stock cooler fitted.
It's in quite a small case but even so temps never exceed 60c.

If there's no overclocking involved and he doesn't already have the stock cooler then just get the cheapest available...arctic freezer 7 pro will work...also if he ever wants to overclock the AF7 is good for over 3ghz at least.

There was a batch of loud ones I think but that was some time ago. They're still decent and cheap. If overclocking then use the Noctua. I have it and it works wonders. I don't think my E6300 @ 3.15 has been over 55C since I installed it.

tobe honest I was quite fond of the Xigmatek HDT-S1283
it goes for 33Euros and it offers an allaround package...

..what do you think..?

I mean descent size, could upgrade the fan if you want and good price
only thing putting me down is the cpu contact surface :(

i think you're thinking like an overclocker :p if you're running the cpu at stock i really can't imagine you need to worry that much. the ac7pro is at a good pricepoint and will keep the cpu chilly easily at stock.

hey guys... here is Greece...
summer time it hits 43 *C

try cooling under these conditions
and u cant have airconditions running 24/7

I had my E6600 running at 28 degrees C passively cooled using my Thermaltake 120 Ultra Extreme so was silent :D Sure if you wanted you could probably do that though you'd want some good fans in your case. Otherwise get a 120Ultra extreme and throw a quiet Noctua on it. Looks great and can't heard it.

Just my 2 cents, might cost a little more than some other the other suggestions made, but it's not going to be noisy, hot or let you down any time soon.
