Ok, air cooling for my Opty 144 - which would you choose?

Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940) (FG-000-AR)

Cheap and cheerful at about 17 quid, but will it really keep the CPU nice and cool at the speeds I'm going to be running the chip at? (definitely over 2.5)
Zalman CNPS9500-LED Aero Flower (Socket 939/754/478/775) CPU Cooler (HS-015-ZA)

or

Zalman FS-C77 Fatal1ty CPU Cooler - Retail (HS-018-ZA)

Both seem like great coolers, and according to Internet reviews they do their job well. Can anyone vouch for either of these? And which one would be better?

Both in and around 37 quid.
ThermalRight SI-120 (Socket 754/939/478) Heatsink (HS-023-TR)

with a

Akasa AK-183-L2B Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan - 3 pin (FG-024-AK)

Heard many a good thing about this combination, but it is the most expensive (just, I know) at about 42 quid.
What do you think I should go for? And, if none of the above - what else? :D

Depends what you want, personally after owning an XP-120 I would go for a Thermaltake Big Typhoon I think they're called.

If you don't like the look of it my next suggestions would be the SI-120 with that Akaxas Amber fan :)

Yeah, no point spending more than the freezer costs tbh, i have my case fans @ 7v and the freezers fan @ 70% and it keeps my cpu under 40c load. 3200+ @ 2.5ghz @ 1.55v

Due to the comments of Harris and Raikiri - I think the Freezer 64 Pro is the way to go. On offer this week too.

Woop!

Thanks guys, saved me yet more pennies :) Upgrade is getting cheaper and cheaper.

not a problem glad to help, i have a panaflo m1 120mm sitting next to me and i'm so tempted to buy a xp-120 (or different passive cooler) but i can't honestly see it reducing my temps that largely if at all?

that Panaflo is a lovely fan, I've got the L1a model, has a nicer lower frequency sound than my akasa amber
