Noctua NH-U12F or Thermalright Ultra 120, but with the Thermalright you need to buy a fan so works out more expensive. Tuniq Tower 120 is also good but not as good as the Noctua according to some decent benchmarks I have seen.
Actually its Ultra 120 (dependant on fan) > Tuniq > Noctua on temperatures, but noise wise its Ultra 120 (dependant on fan) = Nocuta > Tuniq.
The difference in temp would be very minor with a variance of no more than 4-5C I'd say.
All 3 are good coolers and you cant go wrong from buying either.
