I'm going to drill some holes to add some 80mm fans to the side of my plexiglass window, but am unsure if these fans should be intake or outtake.

I only have a small case, I have one intake 120/140mm and one rear outtake 120mm at the rear middle of the case. The CPU has a 120mm intake and the side panel normally has a 80mm fan as an other intake.

I'm planning on adding 3 80mm's at the bottom of the panel which will be below the 6950 and it's intake fan, so maybe the three bottom one's should be intakes that blow air into and over the sound card and 6950?

I also plan on adding one 80mm in the middle right which will be over my HDD's. This leaves one space in the top middle to add an other 80mm.

I was thinking of going all out and adding 3 at the top but all these units will be outside the case since that's the only way they could fit because the PSU and HDD cage is blocking it, currently this is how my side panel fan is installed because the CPU cooler is too bit. :p

What do people suggest?

I run Eyefinity so my GPU is around 65"C right now and over 70/80"C when gaming, CPU is around 40"C at idle.

Here are some screenshots of what I call my computer. :P

Firstly, wow that is allot of hard drives! I'm aslo looking into a better airflow solution/layout for my self. From experience I would try to avoid 80mm fans, fast and noisy compared to 120mm which are usually slower and generally quieter. My old setup had about 6 80mm akasa fans and it sounded like a jet fighter taking off, now I have 5 x 120mm Arctic F12's and in comparison its barley audible
