Air Server

I have installed Air Server on my Surface Pro and am trying to stream Sound Cloud audio from Chrome to an Apple Airport Express. I am having no luck and my Google skills are failing me. Can anyone help?

Unless I'm wrong, I'm pretty sure AirServer acts as a receiver, not a transmitter.

Hmmm, servers are meant to serve I thought... Sorry, I know nothing about this, just saying what logic tells me...
