Air Video and Bandwidth

Hi all


I'm using Air Video to steam to my iPad from macbook. but does this use bandwidth? i only get 40gb a month on my home broadband, so streaming a 1080p movie will use a fair chunk of that if it does.

i can't seem to find an answer on there site

No, as you're on the same home wifi network. It's streaming the content from the mac direct to the iPad.
