it's on pwm control. if it needs to go that high, i'm sure it will, but it never has...

They are both good coolers, just watch out with the height of the your RAM with the Noctua it's a large cooler with both fans stuck on

I have seen fan controllers available to purchase on OC.uk

If I bought an Antec 900, would the fan controller be compatible with the stock fans installed/

I would advise avoiding the Fenrir if your still considering it , 1st one i got all the fins on the bottom were crushed together and the fan was faulty, second one i got the fan was fine but the base of the heatsink had a 1mm groove cut into it which is definitely something i wouldn't want for heat transfer
