Hi

Does anyone know where i can view the latest seasons of this? Season 20 came out earlier this year but i can't find it anywhere. I do have Nat Geo through now tv but that only goes up to season 8. I'm sure iTunes used to have some of the seasons but i can't find any of the latest ones.

Any ideas?

Even after working for 25+ years in Aviation I'm still amazed by some of the human factors issues in the cockpit which can lead to an accident. I often end up getting angry watching these types of programmes because of how even a simple error can end up snowballing into a large loss of life.

There were a few slightly haunting episodes. The one where there was a leaking valve and everyone quietly asphyxiated but the plane kept flying until it ran out of fuel. There was a steward who was seen in the pilot seat by a fighter pilot who was intercepting it. They think he may have been trying to save the plane. The one where the pilot waited for the co-pilot to use the toilet, then locked him out of the cockpit and flew the plane into the ground on purpose. Another where there was a Turkish pilot who may or may not have caused a steep dive and plummet into the ground. There were just a few phrases repeated heard on the CVR.
